The rigorous routines on Dancing With the Stars have done wonders for the bodies of celebs like Kirstie Alley, Kelly Osbourne, and Ricki Lake. Now civilians can get in on the waist-whittling action with real-life lessons from leggy DWTS regular, Karina Smirnoff.  The reigning Dancing With the Stars champion (who last partnered with actor J.R. Martinez) will be on hand at California's Golden Door Spa from February 8-10 for a special Dance Week. She’ll be teaching moves from her DanceFIT program, which is designed for all fitness and skill levels, so even the coordination-challenged among us will still have fun – and get a great workout.  In addition, you’ll receive the spa’s incredible treatments, organic cuisine and super-luxe accommodations.
 
The full Dance Week runs February 5-12. Rates start from $7,750.
