For a weekend getaway with my girlfriends, I’m looking for a warm-weather resort or hotel spa in a big city, and the Gansevoort Miami Beach definitely fits the bill. Their David Barton Gym & Spa, with its vibrant, club-like gym atmosphere would definitely entice me to work out during my vacation. After hitting a yoga class with my girlfriends, a relaxing mani/pedi at the spa would be the perfect beginning to a night out. We wouldn’t have to go far for nightlife, because their rooftop pool, Plunge, offers a hip scene for sipping cocktails at night. The close proximity to shopping, amazing restaurants, clubs, and beaches doesn’t hurt either. –Veronica Sooley
