What Are the Best Ways to Keep Skin
Hydrated?
I recommend “eating” your water instead of drinking it. Your skin—and your entire body for that matter—can receive essential hydration and vital nutrients much more efficiently through raw fruits and vegetables, which contain water locked into their structure.
This structured water releases more slowly into your system so it provides you with ongoing hydration, unlike simple liquids that pass through your body quite quickly. The slower release ensures your body has the opportunity to get water and nutrients to every cell in your body, including the epidermis, the skin’s outer layer.
I suggest replacing at least one glass of water a day with one serving of raw fruits or vegetables. Not only will your body hold onto water longer, but you’ll also get an added boost of antioxidants, fiber, and other nutrients.
