Orange Sesame Dressing

Created by Gonzalo Mendoza of the Culinary Team at Rancho La Puerta Fitness Resort & Spa
For 12 servings
¡Ç teaspoon Rice Vinegar
¦Ð teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 cup Fresh Orange Juice
4 teaspoons Honey
5 teaspoons Soy Sauce
1 piece Fresh Garlic clove
 ¡Ç piece Shallot
1 teaspoon Fresh Chopped Ginger Root
4 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
1 teaspoon White Sesame Seeds
1 teaspoon Dill
Salt and pepper to taste.
 
Blend all the ingredients, add the salt and pepper to taste. ENJOY
