Mango Berry Super Smoothie
Created by Gonzalo Mendoza of the Culinary Team at Rancho La Puerta Fitness Resort & Spa
1 1/2 cups berries, fresh or frozen* 1 cup cut mango or papaya 1 cup nonfat yogurt or soymilk 1 cup berry, cherry or apple juice 2 teaspoons freshly ground flax seed meal, optional 1 - 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup, optional
* If using fresh berries add in about 1/2 cup of ice cubes.
In a blender cup combine all ingredients. Puree until smooth. Enjoy.
