Guava and Strawberry Smoothie with Soy Milk

1 1/2 cups chilled guave nectar
8 ounces fresh, ripe, organic, hulled strawberries (about 1 1/2 cups)
3/4 cup plain soy milk
1/2 banana peeled
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and thick. Pour the smoothie into tall glasses and serve immediately. Makes 2 large (16-ounce) servings or 4 medium (8-ounce) servings.

Serves 4.
