Ginger-Sesame Vinaigrette
6 tablespoons Napa Valley Extra Virgin Olive Oil 6 tablespoons rice wine vinegar 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice 11/2 tablespoons honey 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger 1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic 1 tablespoon crushed roasted sesame seeds Dash of Tabasco Freshly ground black pepper to taste |
| Combine all ingredients except the oil in a medium-size bowl. Slowly whisk in olive oil until blended.
