1 cup Gala apples, peeled, cored, sliced 1/2 cup Granny Smiths, peeled, cored, sliced 1/2 cup Anjou pears, cored and sliced 1 cup peaches, skinned, pitted, and sliced 1 cup frozen strawberries 1/4 cup dried apricots, chopped 1/2 cup orange juice 2 tablespoons brown rice syrup 1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate 1 whole cinnamon stick 1/4 teaspoon allspice
Gently mix all ingredients together and place in glass baking dish; cover with foil. Bake in a 350°F preheated oven for 25 to 35 minutes until fruit is tender. Remove cinnamon stick. Serve warm.
